Fuse Child Safety and Protection Policy

1. Age Verification and Strict Age Limit

• Minimum Age Requirement: Fuse enforces a strict age limit of 18 years and older. 

• Continuous Monitoring: We regularly audit user profiles to ensure compliance. Any user found to be underage will be immediately removed from the platform.

2. Removal of Underage Users and Predatory Behavior

• Fuse will remove any user under the age of 18 upon discovery. This includes users attempting to misrepresent their age.

• Users seeking to engage with minors or exhibiting predatory behavior will be banned permanently.

3. Reporting to Authorities

• Fuse is committed to reporting any suspicious activities or confirmed or intended cases of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) to relevant authorities.

• We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies to assist in investigations and prosecutions related to CSAE.

• Users can report any concerning behavior or content directly within the app, which will be reviewed and acted upon promptly. Users can also block users from any form of contact at any time, and flag any conversation history for review by staff, who will forward all information on to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Adult Content Filtering of Images

• Implementing advanced image recognition technology to filter and block adult content automatically.

• Regular updates to our filtering systems to enhance accuracy and effectiveness in detecting inappropriate content.

5. How to Report Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our Child Safety and Protection Policy, please report it immediately:

• In-App Reporting: Use the Unmatch and report feature in app to report a user, along with their conversation history. Alternatively, a feedback form can be found on the options page to contact staff at any time and flag any concerns relating to CSAE

6. Policy Enforcement

• Users violating this policy will face immediate suspension or permanent banning from Fuse.

• In cases where concerns are raised around CSAE, these will be reported to the relevant authorities

• We maintain records of all reports and actions taken to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Fuse is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of child safety. This policy will be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect new laws, technologies, and best practices.
